<p style="margin-left:39pt; margin-right:0cm">a. Navigate to and hover over the "<strong>Help</strong>" option at the top-right corner of our homepage. Select the magnifying glass icon next to "Track my order" in the drop-down menu. Type your order number into the field provided and then press "Enter."</p>

Then you can track the relevant order from the order list.<br />

<p style="margin-left:39pt; margin-right:0cm">b. <a href="/index.php?main_page=login">Log in</a> to your account on the Firmoo site. You will be able to see your order status in the order details; </p>
<p style="margin-left:39pt; margin-right:0cm">c. Send an email to service@firmoo.com.au if you cannot track your order via the above methods with your name, email, telephone number and order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.</p>
